each will require getting used to a new program, and creating something simple with it.\u00a0 As you work through this unit, you\u2019ll need to choose and complete the assignment for at least 3 of the following 4 options:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create a small electronics project by <\/span><b>soldering<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create a small project on the <\/span><b>laser<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> using a design from <\/span><b>Photoshop<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create a small project on the <\/span><b>vinyl cutter<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> using a design from <\/span><b>Photoshop<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create a drawing on the <\/span><b>CNC<\/b> <b>machine<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> using <\/span><b>G-Code<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have three weeks for you to complete three of the four options in our Makerspace.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OPTION 1: Learn how to solder and build a small project by soldering the electronic components in their proper places on a printed circuit board.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OPTION 2: Create a cool plastic keychain design on our laser by making an image in Photoshop and then cutting it with the laser.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OPTION 3: Create a custom sticker with the vinyl cutter by starting with an image in Photoshop and then cutting it with our Roland vinyl cutter.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OPTION 4: Make a machine draw a picture by creating a program in G-Code and then having the CNC machine draw it out.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you\u2019re done, you\u2019ll have made three different things using three different machines and you will have learned at least three new programs! <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
